General
All correct QSLs from either hams or SWLs are appreciated and will be answered 100%.
Please always use UTC, this makes life much easier especially while searching for a contest QSO. Indian Standard Time, Mountain Time or any other local or phantasy time will not be of great help to me...

QSLs received via bureau
There is no need to waste money for sending direct QSLs if your QSL bureau is working fine and you're not in a hurry... Just send your QSL via bureau and you'll get back mine the same way.

QSLs received direct
Please send me a SAE (self addressed envelope) plus postage as follows:
Sent from France (anytime throughout the year): postage for a letter outside France is of 2,25 EUR (3 USD will do)
Sent from Germany (possible 3-4 times a year): postage for a letter outside Germany is of 1,10 EUR (2 USD will do)

You've got a new pin for my collection? If you have got a new ham-related pin for my collection (please check under Ham-related pins), then there is no need for return postage. But please contact me first!
